[513] "Where was the sixth pārājika laid down by that Blessed One who knows, who sees, the Arahant, the Perfectly Awakened One, for the bhikkhunīs?" — "It was laid down at Sāvatthī."
"Concerning whom?" — "Concerning the bhikkhunī Thullanandā."
"In what matter?" — "In the matter of the bhikkhunī Thullanandā, who, though knowing that a bhikkhunī had committed a pārājika offense, neither reproved her herself nor informed the group."
There is one laying-down (paññatti). Of the six origins of offenses (āpattisamuṭṭhāna), it originates by one origin: it originates from body, from speech, and from mind (citta).
