[517] Where was the saṅghādisesa laid down by that Blessed One — who knows, who sees, the Arahant, the Perfectly Self-Awakened One — for a bhikkhunī who, speaking in envy (usūyavādikā), initiates litigation? Concerning whom? On account of what matter? … By whom was it handed down?
