"It was laid down at Sāvatthī."
"Concerning whom?"
"Concerning a certain bhikkhunī."
"In what matter?"
"In the matter of a certain bhikkhunī going alone to a village."
There is one rule (paññatti) and three supplementary rules (anuppaññatti). Of the six origins of offenses (āpattisamuṭṭhāna), it arises through one origin (as in the first pārājika).
