[105] Or whereas some honorable ascetics and brahmins, while eating food given in faith, remain devoted to the use of things stored up—that is to say, stores of food, stores of drink, stores of cloth, stores of vehicles, stores of bedding, stores of fragrances, and stores of material things—he refrains from the use of such stored-up goods. This too is part of his moral conduct (sīla).
