[454] A man sends a bhikkhu, saying: "Go, venerable sir, and say to the woman of such-and-such a name, guarded by her mother (māturakkhitā): 'Be, it is said, the wife of the man of such-and-such a name — both one bought with money (dhanakkītā) and one living together by desire (chandavāsinī).'" He accepts, he inquires, he brings back the reply — an offence of saṅghādisesa.
