[468] The mother of a woman protected by her mother (māturakkhitā) sends a bhikkhu, saying: "Go, venerable sir, tell the man of such-and-such a name: 'May the woman of such-and-such a name be the wife of the man of such-and-such a name — a wife bought with money (dhanakkītā).'" He accepts, he inquires, he reports back: an offense of saṅghādisesa.
