[556] He has not been seen committing an act entailing pārājika. If he causes him to be charged: "You have been seen — you have committed a pārājika; you are no ascetic (assamaṇa), you are no son of the Sakyan (asakyaputtiya); there is no uposatha, or pavāraṇā, or act of the Saṅgha (saṅghakamma) together with you" — there is an offense of saṅghādisesa for each utterance. He has not been heard of thus: "He has committed a pārājika." If he causes him to be charged: "You have been heard of — you have committed a pārājika …" — there is an offense of saṅghādisesa for each utterance. He has not been suspected thus: "He has committed a pārājika." If he causes him to be charged: "You are suspected — you have committed a pārājika …" — there is an offense of saṅghādisesa for each utterance.
