[303] "Bhikkhus, for the direct knowledge (abhiññā) of these three searches (esanā), the noble eightfold path (ariya aṭṭhaṅgika magga) should be developed. And what is the noble eightfold path? Here, bhikkhus, a bhikkhu develops right view (sammādiṭṭhi) … develops right concentration (samādhi) — which plunges into the Deathless (amata), has the Deathless as its destination, has the Deathless as its consummation. Bhikkhus, for the direct knowledge of these three searches, this noble eightfold path should be developed."
