Āhārasutta

Suttapiṭaka · Saṁyuttanikāya · Mahāvaggasaṁyutta · Vol. 19 · Section 525

[525] And what, bhikkhus, is the nutriment (āhāra) for the arising of unarisen dullness and drowsiness (thīna-middha), or for the increase and expansion of dullness and drowsiness that has arisen? There are, bhikkhus, discontent (arati), lethargy, lazy stretching, drowsiness after meals, and sluggishness of mind (citta): frequently giving careless attention (ayoniso manasikāra) to these — this is the nutriment for the arising of unarisen dullness and drowsiness, or for the increase and expansion of dullness and drowsiness that has arisen.
