Āhārasutta

Suttapiṭaka · Saṁyuttanikāya · Mahāvaggasaṁyutta · Vol. 19 · Section 526

[526] "Bhikkhus, what is the nutriment (āhāra) for the arising of unarisen restlessness and remorse, or for the increase and expansion of arisen restlessness and remorse? There is, bhikkhus, unsettledness of mind (cetaso avūpasamo): frequently giving careless attention (ayoniso manasikāra) to that — this is the nutriment for the arising of unarisen restlessness and remorse, or for the increase and expansion of arisen restlessness and remorse."
