[203] One who is fully ordained (upasampanna), desiring to insult (khuṃsetukāmo), desiring to disparage, desiring to humiliate one who is fully ordained, speaks to one of low designation by means of a high one — that is, to one named Avakaṇṇaka, Javakaṇṇaka, Dhaniṭṭhaka, Saviṭṭhaka, or Kulavaḍḍhaka he says: "You are Buddharakkhita," "You are Dhammarakkhita," "You are Saṅgharakkhita" — there is an offense (āpatti) of pācittiya for each and every utterance.
