[227] A fully ordained one (upasampanna), wishing to jeer at, wishing to disparage, wishing to humiliate a fully ordained one, speaks of one who is low by means of what is exalted: to one obsessed by lust (rāga), obsessed by hatred, obsessed by delusion, he says, "You are free from lust; you are free from hatred; you are free from delusion" — an offense of pācittiya (pācittiya) for each utterance.
