[205] A fully ordained one (upasampanna), wishing to abuse, wishing to disparage, wishing to humiliate a fully ordained one, speaks to one who is low with what is low — saying to a Kosiya, to a Bhāradvāja: "You are a Kosiya! You are a Bhāradvāja!" — there is an offense of pācittiya for each utterance.
