[225] One who is fully ordained (upasampanna), desiring to jeer at, desiring to disparage, desiring to humiliate one who is fully ordained, speaks of the low with what is low: to one obsessed by lust (rāgapariyuṭṭhita), to one obsessed by hatred (dosa), to one obsessed by delusion (moha), he says, "You are obsessed by lust," "You are obsessed by hatred," "You are obsessed by delusion" — for each and every utterance, there is an offense of pācittiya.
