[224] A fully ordained one (upasampanna), desiring to insult (khuṃsetukāmo), desiring to disparage, desiring to humiliate a fully ordained one, speaks to one of superior quality with reference to what is superior — that is, to one who is not too tall, not too short, not too dark, not too fair — saying: "You are not too tall," "You are not too short," "You are not too dark," "You are not too fair" — there is an offense of pācittiya for each utterance.
