Musāvādasikkhāpada

Vinayapiṭaka · Bhikkhu Vibhaṅga (2) · Vol. 2 · Section 226

[226] One who is fully ordained (upasampanna), desiring to revile, desiring to disparage, desiring to humiliate one who is fully ordained, speaks of the exalted in terms of the low: to one free of lust (vītarāga), free of hatred (vītadosa), free of delusion (vītamoha), he says, "You are obsessed by lust," "You are obsessed by hatred," "You are obsessed by delusion" — for each utterance there is an offense (āpatti) of pācittiya.

English translation from the Pali (Siam Raṭṭha edition) — under review, not for citation.
