[206] An ordained one (upasampanna), desiring to insult, desiring to disparage, desiring to humiliate an ordained one, addresses the exalted with the low — that is, to one of the Gotama clan, the Moggallāna clan, the Kaccāyana clan, or the Vāseṭṭha clan he says: "You are a Kosiya! You are a Bhāradvāja!" — there is an offence of pācittiya for each utterance.
