[201] One who is fully ordained (upasampanna), wishing to revile, wishing to disparage, wishing to humiliate one who is fully ordained, speaks of the low with what is low — that is, to one named Avakaṇṇaka, Javakaṇṇaka, Dhaniṭṭhaka, Saviṭṭhaka, or Kulavaḍḍhaka, he says: "You are Avakaṇṇaka," "You are Javakaṇṇaka," "You are Dhaniṭṭhaka," "You are Saviṭṭhaka," "You are Kulavaḍḍhaka" — there is an offense entailing expiation (pācittiya) for each and every utterance.
