[200] A fully ordained one (upasampanna), desiring to insult, desiring to disparage, desiring to humiliate a fully ordained one, speaks of the high with reference to the high: to a khattiya, to a brāhmaṇa, he says, "You are a khattiya," "You are a brāhmaṇa" — there is an offence of pācittiya for each and every utterance. [Footnote: The Yu. edition reads *maṅkaka kattukāmo*; so too in what follows.]
