[210] A fully ordained one (upasampanna), desiring to insult (khuṃsetukāmo), desiring to disparage, desiring to humiliate a fully ordained one, addresses one of superior work in terms of inferior work — saying to a ploughman, to a merchant, or to a cowherd, "You are a carpenter (koṭṭhaka)," "You are a flower-scavenger (pupphachaḍḍaka)": there is an offence of pācittiya for each and every utterance.
