Musāvādasikkhāpada

Vinayapiṭaka · Bhikkhu Vibhaṅga (2) · Vol. 2 · Section 228

[228] One who is fully ordained (upasampanna), desiring to revile, desiring to scorn, desiring to humiliate one who is fully ordained, speaks of the superior by way of the superior — of one free of lust (vītarāga), free of hatred (vītadosa), free of delusion (vītamoha) — saying: "You are free of lust, you are free of hatred, you are free of delusion." There is an offense of pācittiya for each and every utterance.
