[229] One who is fully ordained (upasampanno), desiring to jeer at, desiring to disparage, desiring to humiliate one who is fully ordained, speaks of the low with what is low — that is, to one who has committed a pārājika, to one who has committed a saṅghādisesa, to one who has committed a thullaccaya, to one who has committed a pācittiya, to one who has committed a pāṭidesanīya, to one who has committed a dukkaṭa, to one who has committed a dubbhāsita — he says: "You have committed a pārājika," "You have committed a saṅghādisesa," "You have committed a thullaccaya," "You have committed a pācittiya," "You have committed a pāṭidesanīya," "You have committed a dukkaṭa," "You have committed a dubbhāsita" — there is an offense (āpatti) of pācittiya for each and every utterance.
