[230] One who is fully ordained (upasampanna), desiring to jeer at (khuṃsetukāmo), desiring to disparage, desiring to humiliate one who is fully ordained, speaks of the superior in terms of the inferior — he says to a stream-enterer (sotāpanna): "You have committed a pārājika … you have committed a dubbhāsita": there is an offense (āpatti) of pācittiya for each utterance.
