[231] One who is fully ordained (upasampanna), desiring to insult, desiring to disparage, desiring to humiliate one who is fully ordained, speaks of the inferior in terms of the superior — saying to one who has committed a pārājika offense … to one who has committed a dubbhāsita offense: "You are a stream-enterer (sotāpanna)!" — for each utterance there is an offense of pācittiya.
