[337] "Should tell": for one who, wishing to say to one not fully ordained (anupasampanna), "the second jhāna, and the third jhāna, and the fourth jhāna … and my mind (citta) is rid of the hindrance of delusion," says instead, "I attained the first jhāna" — when the hearer understands, there is an offense of pācittiya; when he does not understand, there is an offense of dukkaṭa.
