[411] When the act is not in accordance with the Dhamma (adhammakamma), perceiving it as an act not in accordance with the Dhamma, he exhorts an incomplete (vagga) Bhikkhu Saṅgha, perceiving it as incomplete: an offence of pācittiya. When the act is not in accordance with the Dhamma, perceiving it as an act not in accordance with the Dhamma, he exhorts an incomplete Bhikkhunī Saṅgha, being in doubt: an offence of pācittiya. When the act is not in accordance with the Dhamma, perceiving it as an act not in accordance with the Dhamma, he exhorts an incomplete Bhikkhunī Saṅgha, perceiving it as complete: an offence of pācittiya.
