Ekanibāta

[15] Bhikkhus, I do not see even one other thing on account of which unarisen restlessness and remorse (uddhacca-kukkucca) arises, or arisen restlessness and remorse leads to increase and abundance, so much as this, bhikkhus: non-calmness of mind (cetaso avūpasamo). Bhikkhus, for one whose mind (citta) is not calmed, unarisen restlessness and remorse arises, and arisen restlessness and remorse leads to increase and abundance.
