On the plane (bhūmi) of that which is accompanied by thought and examination — in the sense sphere (kāmāvacara), in the form sphere (rūpāvacara), and in the unincluded (apariyāpanna) — setting aside thought (vitakka) and examination (vicāra), the aggregate of feeling (vedanākkhandha) associated therewith … the aggregate of consciousness (viññāṇakkhandha): these phenomena are accompanied by thought and examination.
