Wholesome, unwholesome, and indeterminate (abyākata) phenomena that are subject to taints, pertaining to the sense sphere (kāmāvacara), the form sphere (rūpāvacara), or the formless sphere (arūpāvacara): the aggregate of form (rūpakkhandha) … the aggregate of consciousness (viññāṇakkhandha) — these phenomena are subject to taints.
Which phenomena are without taints (anāsava)? The paths that are not included (apariyāpanna), the fruits of the paths, and the unconditioned element (asaṅkhatā dhātu) — these phenomena are without taints.
