[958] Which phenomena (dhammā) are associated with clinging (upādāna)?
The four arisings of mind (cittuppāda) associated with wrong view (diṭṭhigata) and accompanied by greed (lobha), and the four arisings of mind dissociated from wrong view and accompanied by greed — excepting the greed that has arisen therein — these phenomena are associated with clinging.
