[927] Which phenomena (dhammā) are associated with the knots (gantha)?
The four arisings of mind (cittuppāda) associated with views (diṭṭhigata); the four arisings of mind dissociated from views and accompanied by greed (lobha), excepting the greed arisen therein; the two arisings of mind accompanied by grief (domanassa), excepting the repulsion (paṭigha) arisen therein — these phenomena are associated with the knots.
