[293] Therein, what is "a volitional formation with ignorance as condition" (avijjāpaccayā saṅkhāro)? That which is volition (cetanā), intending (sañcetanā), the state of being intent (sañcetayitattaṃ) — this is called "a volitional formation with ignorance as condition."
