That which is mind (citta), mentality (mano), mentation (mānasa) … the corresponding mind-consciousness element (tajjā manoviññāṇadhātu) — this is called consciousness with volitional formation as condition. …

That which is faith (saddhā), trusting, conviction, strong confidence — this is called confidence with feeling as condition.
