[197] Whatever phenomena (dhammā) are not included with consciousness that has volitional formations as condition (saṅkhārapaccayā viññāṇaṃ) by aggregate-inclusion (khandhasaṅgaha), are not included by sense-base-inclusion (āyatanasaṅgaha), and are not included by element-inclusion (dhātusaṅgaha); and whatever phenomena [are not included] with those phenomena — those phenomena are not included in four aggregates, in eleven sense bases, and in eleven elements.
