By the Non-returner (anāgāmī) the latent tendency of sensual lust and the latent tendency of repulsion have been abandoned, but the latent tendency of conceit has not been abandoned by him; by the Arahant the latent tendency of sensual lust and the latent tendency of repulsion have been abandoned, and the latent tendency of conceit has been abandoned.
Or rather, for whomever the latent tendency of conceit has been abandoned, have the latent tendency of sensual lust and the latent tendency of repulsion been abandoned by that person?
