[304] For whomever the form base (rūpāyatana) arises, does the mind base (manāyatana) arise for that one?
For those without mind (acittaka) who are being reborn, the form base arises for them, but the mind base does not arise for them. For those with form (sarūpaka) and with mind (sacittaka) who are being reborn, for them both the form base arises and the mind base arises.
Or else, for whomever the mind base arises, does the form base arise for that one?
