[328] For whomever the form base (rūpāyatana) does not arise, does the dhamma base (dhammāyatana) not arise for that one? For the formless ones (arūpaka) who are being reborn, the form base does not arise for them, yet it is not the case that the dhamma base does not arise for them. For all who are passing away, both the form base does not arise for them and the dhamma base does not arise. Or rather, for whomever the dhamma base does not arise, does the form base not arise for that one? Yes.
