"In the form sphere (rūpāvacara) and in the formless sphere (arūpāvacara), the nose sense base does not arise there, but it is not the case that the mind sense base does not arise there. Among the non-percipient beings (asaññasatta), the nose sense base does not arise there and the mind sense base does not arise."
"Or rather, where the mind sense base does not arise, does the nose sense base not arise there?"
"Yes."
