[401] For whomever, wherever, the eye base (cakkhāyatana) will not arise, will the nose base (ghānāyatana) not arise for that one there?

Or else, for whomever, wherever, the nose base will not arise, will the eye base not arise for that one there?
For beings of the form sphere (rūpāvacara), the nose base will not arise for them there, but it is not the case that the eye base will not arise for them there. For those in their final existence (pacchimabhavika) in the five-aggregate existence (pañcavokāra), for non-percipient beings (asaññasattā), and for formless beings (arūpā), for them there both the nose base will not arise and the eye base will not arise.
