"Yes."
"Or rather, for whom the mind base ceases, does the eye base cease for that one?"
"For those with mind (sacittaka) but without eye (acakkhuka) who are passing away, the mind base ceases for them, but the eye base does not cease for them. For those with eye (sacakkhuka) who are passing away, for them both the mind base ceases and the eye base ceases."
