Or rather, for whom the dhamma base has ceased, does the eye base cease for him?
For all who are being reborn, and for those without eye who are passing away: the dhamma base has ceased for them, but the eye base does not cease for them. For those with eye who are passing away: the dhamma base has ceased for them, and the eye base also ceases.
