[652] For whomever, wherever, the mind base (manāyatana) does not cease, will the phenomena base (dhammāyatana) not cease for that one there? It will cease. Or rather, for whomever, wherever, the phenomena base will not cease, does the mind base not cease for that one there? It ceases.
