[724] For whomever, wherever, the form base (rūpāyatana) will arise, will the dhamma base (dhammāyatana) cease for that one there?

Or, for whomever, wherever, the dhamma base will cease, will the form base arise for that one there?
For those in their final existence (pacchimabhavika) who are being reborn into the five-constituent existence (pañcavokāra), and for the formless (arūpa) beings: for them, there, the dhamma base will cease, but the form base will not arise for them there. For the others — those of the five-constituent existence and the non-percipient beings (asaññasattā) — for them, there, both the dhamma base will cease and the form base will arise.
