Abhidhammapiṭaka · Yamaka (1) · Vol. 38 · Section 735

[735] For whomever, wherever, the eye sense base (cakkhāyatana) will not arise, will the ear sense base (sotāyatana) not cease for that one there? For final-existence beings (pacchimabhavika) who are being reborn into five-constituent existence (pañcavokāra), for them there the eye sense base will not arise, but it is not that for them there the ear sense base will not cease. For those attaining final Nibbāna (parinibbanta) in five-constituent existence, for non-percipient beings (asaññasatta), and for formless beings (arūpa), for them there the eye sense base will not arise, and the ear sense base will not cease. Or, for whomever, wherever, the ear sense base … Yes.
