[403] For whomever, wherever, the eye base (cakkhāyatana) will not arise, will the mind base (manāyatana) not arise for that one there?
For the formless beings (arūpa), the eye base will not arise for them there, but it is not the case that the mind base will not arise for them there. For beings in their final existence (pacchimabhavika) and for the non-percipient beings (asaññasatta), for them there both the eye base will not arise and the mind base will not arise.
Or, for whomever, wherever, the mind base will not arise, will the eye base not arise for that one there?
