Or rather, for whomever the mind faculty arose, does the masculinity faculty arise for that one?
For all who are passing away and for non-males who are being reborn, the mind faculty arose for them, but the masculinity faculty does not arise for them; for males who are being reborn, both the mind faculty arose for them and the masculinity faculty arises.
