For those passing away from the sense sphere (kāmāvacara), for non-males being reborn into the sense sphere, and for beings of the form sphere (rūpāvacara) and of the formless sphere (arūpāvacara): for these, there, the mind faculty has arisen, but the masculinity faculty does not arise for them there. For males being reborn: for these, there, both the mind faculty has arisen and the masculinity faculty arises.
