[1391] "One who will not abandon the grief faculty (domanassindriya), will that one not realize the perfect-knower faculty (aññātāvindriya)?"
Three persons will not abandon the grief faculty, but it is not the case that they will not realize the perfect-knower faculty. Two persons will not abandon the grief faculty and will not realize the perfect-knower faculty.
"Or rather, one who will not realize the perfect-knower faculty, will that one not abandon the grief faculty?"
