[1392] Whoever will not develop the 'I shall come to know the unknown' faculty (anaññātaññassāmītindriya), will that one not develop the perfect-knowledge faculty (aññindriya)?
Six persons (puggalā) will not develop the 'I shall come to know the unknown' faculty, but it is not that they will not develop the perfect-knowledge faculty. Three persons will not develop the 'I shall come to know the unknown' faculty and will not develop the perfect-knowledge faculty.
Or rather, whoever will not develop the perfect-knowledge faculty, will that one not develop the 'I shall come to know the unknown' faculty?
