[351] "For whomever wholesome phenomena (kusalā dhammā) arise, will indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) cease for that one?" — "Yes."
"Or rather, for whomever indeterminate phenomena will cease, do wholesome phenomena arise for that one?" — "For all (beings) at the moment of the dissolution of mind (citta), at the moment of the arising of a mind dissociated from the wholesome, for those who have attained cessation, and for non-percipient beings — for these, indeterminate phenomena will cease, but wholesome phenomena do not arise for them. At the moment of the arising of wholesome (phenomena), for these, both indeterminate phenomena will cease and wholesome phenomena arise."
